The Expedition Group is composed of five legal entities, namely Shenzhou Expedition High Polymer Composite Materials Co., Ltd., Shenzhou Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd., Shenzhou Expedition Fluoroplastics Co., Ltd., Hebei Expedition Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhou Expedition Anti-corrosion Engineering Co., Ltd. The operation mechanism is: with capital as the bond and technology as the support, it extends and develops around the fluoroplastics industrial chain, jointly builds the Expedition brand, and implements a business model of resource sharing and product complementarity. The products are applied in military, bridge construction, power, machinery, steel, chemical, energy conservation and environmental protection and other industries, and actively conducts industrial research and development activities in strategic emerging fields such as new materials, new energy, and water resource utilization.

SF-2 boundary lubrication plates are sintered copper on carbon steel, coated with modified polyoxymethylene. They offer high load capacity, dimensional stability, and excellent anti-friction properties, making them a superior sliding bearing material.

This product is a key part of variable displacement air conditioning compressors, featuring a copper powder layer on steel for strength and wear resistance. It enhances load-bearing capacity and longevity while reducing production costs compared to traditional materials.

Bimetallic bushing

Bimetallic bushings combine low-carbon steel bases with sintered copper alloys for enhanced durability. Key features include excellent wear resistance, high load capacity, and superior performance in various applications, ensuring longevity and reliability in demanding environments.

Bimetallic sheet

Our bimetallic plates utilize steel as the base with wear-resistant sintered materials like CuPb24Sn1 and CuSn6.5P0.1 on the surface, enhancing wear resistance and extending service life compared to traditional materials.
